About the Role Join our GenAI team to drive innovation at scale by leading high-impact Generative AI initiatives across a rapidly evolving fintech landscape—from GenAI-powered chatbots to enterprise-grade AI integration. You'll lead a high-caliber team of AI Scientists, fostering a culture of curiosity, innovation, and excellence. Collaborate cross-functionally to shape the future of AI in fintech, building responsible, high-performance systems that redefine customer experience. You'll also balance people, process, and product by owning project delivery, ensuring agile execution, and maintaining technical rigor while focusing on long-term strategy and team growth. What We Expect From You Lead a GenAI-focused AI team to define strategic goals, drive execution, and deliver high-impact solutions that create tangible business value. Provide architectural guidance for integrating AI into real-world systems, ensuring performance, security, and scalability while aligning with product goals. Foster career development and learning by identifying skill gaps, promoting ownership, and helping AI scientists deepen their expertise and grow into senior roles. Collaborate with product, design, and business teams to identify the right problems to solve with AI and guide solutions from proof-of-concept to production. Establish AI best practices for versioning, prompt evaluation, testing, deployment, and monitoring, with a focus on GenAI use cases. Drive innovation through rapid prototyping and experimentation, staying updated on LLMs, prompt engineering, and GenAI applications to guide effective implementation. Must Haves Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, a technical field, or equivalent practical experience . 7+ years of experience in technical or product roles, with a track record of leading AI initiatives . Strong understanding of technology fundamentals and AI best practices to ensure scalable , secure , and impactful solutions , along with the ability to make informed technical decisions . Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and align technical outcomes with business goals . Excellent communication and collaboration skills , especially in fast-evolving tech environments with diverse stakeholders. Hands-on experience with Python or close collaboration with AI teams using it. Direct involvement in AI/ML projects , including prototyping , model integration , or collaboration with AI teams—even if limited in scope. Good to Haves Solid understanding of LLMs and the broader AI landscape . Experience deploying AI or GenAI features in production systems .
